No idea. All I know is that right near the area (i.e. outside the door and right beside this mark on the floor), there’re some boxes, ping-pong tables, glass turntables, spare chairs and stuff taken out from the computer lab. Who knows, that stuff could’ve caused those marks.
It does look like someone smiling. That’s for sure.
